Privacy Notice
Plain language, no filler: what we collect, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who is responsible
S Project LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA, with registered address at 30 North Gould Street, STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the controller of the data described in this notice. For any privacy matter, write to hola@sprojectagency.com.
2. What data we process
We collect the data you provide to us yourself, at two points:
- When you request a diagnostic or contact us: name, phone, email, company, approximate revenue, indicative budget and whatever you tell us about your situation.
- When you book a call in our scheduler: name, email, phone, company and any notes you add when booking.
We do not collect special category data, nor data relating to minors.
3. What we use it for
- To respond to your request and assess whether we can help you.
- To manage the call or meeting you book, including reminders before the appointment.
- To provide the service, if you go on to engage us.
- To follow up reasonably where you showed interest and we have not spoken yet.
We do not use your data for anything other than this, and we neither sell it nor pass it to anyone so they can send you third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data because you provide it voluntarily by completing a form, which constitutes your consent; and, where a commercial relationship is already under way or you have shown clear interest in our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up reasonably on that relationship.
5. Who we share it with
With the providers we need in order to operate, who process your data on our behalf and under contract, never on their own account:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under mechanisms recognised by European data protection law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
For the duration of the commercial relationship and, where none comes about, for the reasonable period during which it may still make sense to pick the conversation back up — no more than 24 months from the last contact. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and at no cost:
- To access the data we hold about you.
- To correct it if it is wrong.
- To erase it.
- To restrict or object to its processing.
- To receive it in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, write to hola@sprojectagency.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence.
8. Security
Your data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest, in databases with access restricted by account and by role. Access to each lead's information is limited to those who need it in order to deal with you.
9. Changes to this notice
If we update it, the date at the top of this page will change. If the change is material to how we handle your data, we will let you know if we have an active relationship with you at that time.
